Who We Are:The Inclusion Taskforce is a grassroots initiative led by a team of passionate employees who are dedicated to increasing inclusion efforts at our Y. We grew out of a desire to create lasting change by influencing practices based on employee input. Our hope is to give a greater voice to employees who are part of underrepresented communities, thus ensuring our influence is well-informed and reflective of those we serve. What We Are Doing:We are holding fourms to better understand the unique experiences and perspectives of underrepresented groups in the Y through an open dialogue. Discussions will be facilitated by a professional external consultant. All staff who want to participate in the conversation are welcome. Why We Need Your Help:Without your input, we cannot begin to understand where the Association needs to focus its efforts. Your voice matters!
